Returns & Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact our Customer Support team (support@myhummy.com) within the cancellation period.

  1. Once your request has been received, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for returning the item.
  2. After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.
  3. The item should be sent to the fulfilment warehouse specified in the return instructions.
  4. Returned products should be in a condition suitable for resale, although you may inspect the goods as you would in a retail store to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.
  5. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  6. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
